If you’re as excited for the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens as we are, you’ve probably seen all of these trailers already. Just in case you missed one of them, we’ve rounded up every trailer we can find. If the force is calling to you, make sure you see Star Wars: The Force Awakens, in UK cinemas on 17th December 2015.
Our list starts off with most recent trailers, since you’re least likely to have seen these. By the end of the post, you’ll find the official trailer and teaser videos which (unless you’ve been living under a rock) you should definitely have seen by now. Let’s begin!
“Secret” TV Spot
In a special TV trailer released exactly 10 days before the film’s release, we get to see more footage of Han Solo (Harrison Ford) interacting with Rey (Daisy Ridley). Also, what kind of weapon is this Stormtrooper using?
“Destiny” Promo Clip
While this isn’t really a trailer, it’s still a promotional video which outlines what the film is about, and more importantly reveals a few new shots and faces of characters.
“All the Way” TV Spot
This is another official trailer which is unlisted on YouTube for some reason, which shows the classic scenes from other trailers in a new, exciting way.
“Finn” TV Spot
This time, a trailer focusing on Finn (John Boyega) and a bit of his back story. We get to see him using a Lightsaber, as well as some new shots including Harrison Ford and BB-8.
“Discover” TV Spot
Another trailer with a few new scenes, especially some shots featuring BB-8 and scenes inside the Millennium Falcon.
60 Second TV Spot
This was the first official TV trailer released, and is essentially a shortened version of the full-length trailer, except it includes one or two new shots and dialogue.
Now we’re back to the original, glorious, full-length trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. There’s not much else to say, except watch and enjoy.
Going into much more detail than the first teaser, this video got a lot of excitement from fans when it was released – especially that amazing moment at the end, when we see Han Solo and Chewbacca on the Millennium Falcon for the first time in over 30 years.
The First Teaser
Although just 88 seconds long, this trailer did a fantastic job at building people’s excitement for the film. It’s amazing to think this teaser came out in November 2014, over a year ago – and now we are less than ten days away from finally being able to see the film. We can’t wait!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is out in UK Cinemas on December 17th, and December 18th in the US.
We hope you enjoyed this round up of Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailers. There are so many rumours and theories circulating about the movie, it will be really great to finally see what’s happened in the Star Wars universe since Return of the Jedi. We’ll keep this post updated if any new trailers or teasers arrive before the film is released – let us know if you found any we missed.
Finally – for a bit of fun, here’s a video of Mark Hamill (A.K.A. Luke Skywalker) pranking people on Hollywood Boulevard, dressed up as a Stormtrooper – all for charity.
